In 2013 it was acquired by Arvato Financial Solutions (a Bertelsmann company), not Arrow Global as sometimes reported. The BCW brand was subsequently shut down and all remaining cases transferred to Arvato Financial Solutions, which continues to operate from the former BCW headquarters in Glasgow.
