What to include

When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • A clear description of your complaint
  • What you would like us to do to resolve it
  • Any relevant dates or reference numbers

How we handle complaints

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a full response within 8 weeks..

Data protection complaints

If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Financial services complaints
