Ask Fin costs £4.99 per month. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
You will be billed monthly from the date your subscription starts. If a payment fails, your access may be restricted. You will receive a notification about failed payments.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management section in your dashboard settings. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. You may retain access until the end of your current billing period, depending on the implementation.
Cancelling your account is separate from cancelling your subscription. Account cancellation removes your access to Ask Fin tools and your dashboard. Please also cancel your subscription if you want to stop future billing.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Consumer rights under UK law may apply.
Once your subscription or account is cancelled, you may lose access to saved dashboard data. Please export or note any information you wish to keep before cancelling.
